Reimagining the future of banking with agentic AI

Adapting to new and occurring contemporary innovations like agentic AI is important for a business’s survival, asserts Murli Buluswar, head of United States individual monetary analytics at Citi. A 2025 research of 250 financial execs by MIT Technology Review Insights discovered that 70% of leaders say their company makes use of agentic AI to some degree, either through existing launches (16%) or pilot jobs (52%). Even more than half of execs assert agentic AI systems are highly capable of improving fraud discovery (56%) and safety and security (51%).
