Every ZEYRO piece is made to order. This policy explains how long it takes to prepare and deliver your order, how much shipping costs, and what to do if something goes wrong. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
Flat-rate shipping in Canada: only $10. We offer free ground shipping on qualifying orders over $150. An order qualifies when it ships to an address in Canada and its product subtotal is $150 or more after any discount codes (taxes and shipping not included). Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout, with no code needed.

The exact shipping cost for your address is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Total estimated delivery time = preparation time (2 to 5 business days) + transit time.
Order Preparation & Cut-Off Times
Because each item is made to order, we need a little time to print, inspect and carefully pack it before it ships.
- Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST), Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST or on weekends and statutory holidays begin preparation on the next business day.
- Preparation / Handling time: 2 to 5 business days after your payment is confirmed.
- Carriers: We ship with trusted carriers including Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, and DHL Express. Every order includes a door-to-door tracking number.
- Orders are not prepared or shipped on weekends or Canadian public holidays.
- During peak holiday periods or for large custom orders, preparation may take 1 to 2 extra business days.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. Carrier operations, customs checks, weather and remote locations can occasionally add extra time. We cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date unless we have confirmed it with you in writing.
Order Confirmation and Tracking
- You receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.
- When your order ships, we send a shipping confirmation with your tracking number.
- Tracking usually becomes active within 24 to 48 hours after dispatch, depending on the carrier.
- You can also check your order status in My Account or on our Order Tracking page.
Orders With Multiple Items
Items in the same order may be shipped in separate packages so they reach you as quickly as possible. There is no extra shipping charge when we split an order, and each package has its own tracking number.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are complete and correct at checkout. If a package is returned or must be redelivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping costs may apply to send it again.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
For orders shipped outside Canada, customs duties, import taxes and clearance or brokerage fees may be charged by the destination country when the package arrives. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer.
Changes and Cancellations
Production starts quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible at Contact@vdotcalculator.com if you need to change your address or cancel your order. Once an order is in production or has shipped, we can no longer change or cancel it.
Lost, Delayed or Damaged Packages
- If your tracking has not updated for 10 business days, or your order has not arrived within the estimated time, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
- If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot find it, check with neighbours and your building’s mailroom, then contact us within 14 days of the delivery date.
- If your order arrives damaged, misprinted or incorrect, email us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item and the packaging. Please keep the packaging until the claim is resolved. We will send a replacement or issue a refund, as described in our Return & Refund Policy.
