Your image is printed by dye sublimation onto a coated HD aluminum panel. The ink is infused into the surface with heat, so colors look vivid and luminous, and the print resists scratches and moisture.

Custom photo prints made with Create Your Art use a white gloss HD aluminum finish, which gives the brightest whites and the deepest color.

Yes. Aluminum does not warp or absorb humidity, which makes metal one of the best choices for bathrooms, kitchens and other humid rooms. Avoid direct contact with water, steam from a stove or a shower area.

Dust it with a soft microfiber cloth. For marks, use a cloth lightly dampened with water or a mild glass cleaner sprayed on the cloth, never directly on the print. Avoid paper towels and abrasive cleaners.

Please only upload images you own or have permission to use. We cannot print copyrighted logos, characters or artwork without authorization.

Shipping is $10 in Canada and free on orders of $150 or more, $15.50 to the United States and $58 internationally. The exact cost for your address is shown at checkout. See our Shipping Policy.

Each piece is made to order. Preparation takes 2 to 5 business days, plus 3 to 7 business days in Canada and the US, or 7 to 14 business days internationally. Estimated transit times for each region are listed in our Shipping Policy.

You receive a confirmation email when you order and a tracking number when it ships. You can also check the status on our Order Tracking page or in your account.

Payments are processed securely and encrypted through Stripe at checkout. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).

Contact us as soon as possible at Contact@vdotcalculator.com or on WhatsApp. We will do our best to help, but once production has started we may not be able to make changes.

Collection pieces can be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, not installed and in their original packaging. Return shipping for a change of mind is paid by the customer. Custom and personalised prints cannot be returned once production has started, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy.

Email Contact@vdotcalculator.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and the packaging. We will send a free replacement or a full refund, and in most cases you will not need to send the item back.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
